Good to know

A few common questions.

Is this an official government app?

No. Australian Citizenship Quiz is an independent, unofficial app by CitPrep Labs. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs. Use it alongside the official Our Common Bond booklet.

Where should I start?

Start in Study Mode. Choose a topic and a session length, read the explanations and use Review Mistakes to revisit what you missed. Readiness checks and mock exams can help identify gaps after studying.

Do I need an account?

The app does not require an account. Study progress and saved mock-exam results are stored locally on your device.

How can I remove my saved progress?

Use Android Settings to open the app’s storage settings and clear its storage or app data. This removes saved progress and test history from that installation and cannot be undone through CitPrep Labs. Uninstalling the app also removes its local app data.

Why does the app show ads?

Banner advertising helps support the app. Google AdMob handles ad delivery. See the advertising section of the privacy policy for information about data and available controls.

Where can I get help with my citizenship application?

CitPrep Labs provides app support and independent study practice. For application requirements, eligibility, appointments or official test information, visit the Department of Home Affairs.
